The terraces are one of the most demanded places, an ideal place to share a good time after so much confinement, but attentive: there are also those who complain, especially about the long waits and having to pay supplements for the service.
- Charge the client a supplement for the cost of cleaning or disinfecting the terrace, although it must be an adjusted and proportional cost, that is, distributed between who offers the service and who enjoys it.
- They demand a minimum consumption to be able to sit on the terrace, there is a lot of demand, and the supply is smaller.
- Establish a maximum stay time on the terrace.
That is why from the OCU they warn, if you try to charge the client without having informed him, you can reject it and report it to the competent consumer body, either municipal or autonomous.
